I truly appreciate Dr. Ghent. He is the most approachable doctor i ever had. He makes you feel comfortable in his presence. I feel like I can trust him.
I finally got a pulmonologist who genuinely cares about me when I got to see her in clinic I felt like God has sent a band of angels down to let me know I was finally in the right place with the right Dr for me.
One of the best, I have already recommended him to several family members, some friends & some acquaintances. Trust Dr Marshall!. He tell it like it is!
Was not pleased with my last visit with Dr. Monk and the staff at the new office location, it was very rushed, did not appreciate the way the one staff girl talked to me, the care and concern the doctor showed was not good, strongly considering switching doctors and office
Dr. Marshall is an excellent physician! He is always very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in treating his patients! I find his treatment plans and medical advice very informative and helpful to my health! I highly recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone who needs an exceptional physician…!
Communication was terrible. I left as confused as I was when I went in. Doctors shouldn't assume that the patient should know about their symptoms of a new diagnosis.
Dr Monk is an excellent physician. Easy to talk with and answers your questions. The staff are friendly Helpful and polite. Dr . Monk is an excellent physician .
Everyone from the moment I entered the door, until the moment I entered the doctor's examination room bent over backwards to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. The doctor appeared very informative but his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. At the end he acted like he did not have time to hear anything else I had to say. But that's okay, I got the results I needed and I'm sure I'm at least half the fault for me having felt like this. I'm one side of bubbly and he was not what I expected.
Dr. Arya was exceptional. Having cancer has meant being seen and treated by a whole host of doctors. But he was different. I felt at ease, safe and confident as soon as he came into the room. He laid out the plan in a clear, definitive way, he answered my questions directly and without any deflection, he gave me complete confidence in his abilities. I wish I could say that about all of the doctors I have seen, but I most certainly can’t. He truly is exceptional. Lastly, he called me personally to give me my biopsy results. That was deeply appreciated. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. And I would follow him to any practice he went to if I needed further care.
My health provider has always been very professional and understanding when I am in the office. They also are helpful with directing the patient to where they need to go to exit the office.
The tests were done on a timely manner. I was moved to a room at 8:15 , told at 9:15 the doctor was running late. Doctor arrived at 10:10 with no apologies . His computer kept locking up & didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all.
Waited nearly 2 hours to be seen AFTER being put in exam room. Dr did not acknowledge, nor apologized for my extremely long wait time. Did not make eye contact and only inquired with generic “check the box” questions. He did offer one suggestion but for me to follow up with my primary care provider. When I asked why he could follow through with me on this matter, he said he didn’t have time nor the manpower to do so. Did not feel as if he had any genuine concern for my next steps. Felt like I was just another insurance claim to file.
Dr Arya has help me to understand what is causing my problem which helps me deal with the problem. He is not in a rush to get in and out. I would definitely recommend Dr Arya to anyone.
Doctor spoke to his screen the entire time, barely even looked at me, didn't examine me, just sat there talking jargon and staring at his screen the entire time.
I've never been treated poorly like this from a doctor before. He didn't hear me out, just wanted straight answers to rapid fire questions. I let him know I have a recording of my cough when its bad, he had no interest in listening. It seemed that he was trying to pull a 'gotcha' moment when my results came back good. I'm happy my results came back good, but I came to the appointment trying to figure out what the problem is. The appointment ended by being told, "You can leave now." I loved the rest of the team. Front desk, medical assistant, respiratory tech were all wonderful.
Rebecca Burnside's concern about my breathing struggles and her efforts in trying to help me are far above the treatment of any other Doctor. She is very knowledgeable but if she doesn't know something, she finds the answer almost immediately. I am grateful for her.
Dr Hays has the ability to explain every aspect of my condition and treatment needed. She is able to easily explain why she is recommending her treatment plan.
The nurse was so upbeat and happy and the doctor was the exact same way! Big concerns but I feel like she knows her stuff and that together we will figure it out I am so thrilled with my doctor which is a big deal because I’ve been told I’m crazy my entire life until getting diagnosed and Lexington medical has been there every step of the way with support and hope and solutions my entire medical staff has made everything so much better and easier thanks
Dr Arya has been beyond my expectations as a care provider and I would 100% recommend him to ANYONE look for a pulmonologist! I wisb all MDs approached health care the way he does.
I was extremely pleased with the staff. All of them. I love Dr. Hays. Her bed side manner is great! She didn't walk into the room and tell me what she was going to do. She listened to me!
