The news at my appointment was very good and I was pleasantly surprised. I will wait for the results of the ultrasound and what the next steps will be. Dr. Chinnakotla has great bedside manner and she she's easy to talk to.
I just felt like the provider (being a new provider) didn’t really try to get to know me as their new patient. They did a thorough review of my blood work, but that was about it. She was not really listening to my symptoms well or trying to help me find solutions.
This is my first visit to Lexington Endocrinology and I was very pleased with how my entire visit was handled from the moment I walked in their door and after my check-out experience.

Appointments feel rushed. If you don’t have your questions purposed ahead of time, then you may not get them answered because the provider needs to get to the other patient and is half way out the door, while you are trying to talk to her.
I’m thankful for Dr. Talip takin time to listen every time I’m in her office. She discovered I have Cushing’s syndrome after decades of doctors all over the country telling me I was just obese and not eating or living a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Talip and her nurses make me feel safe and seen.

Leslee Aun was very professional, took time to listen and answer all the questions I had. She did not rush through the exam and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best course of treatment for me, not just a generic treatment. She was caring took time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and comprehend. Not like some that talk above your ability to understand. I was Incredibly pleased with Nurse Practitioner Leslie Aun, she was excellent. She showed genuine care and concern for my needs and health. She was clear and concise while addressing my blood sugar levels (the highs and the lows) and she made the appropriate changes to my medications to correct my glucose levels. Nurse Aun is a true professional and I will highly recommend her my family and or friends.

As always Susan Griffin, discussed treatment options and a plan going forward with my treatment. Susan listens to the patients thoughts and does not talk over them. Anyone who has the pleasure to meet Susan Griffin, will surely come away with the impression, that she is a true asset to the endocrinology practice at Lexington Medical Center.
Leslee has quickly become one of my favorite health care providers. She is very knowledgeable, never seems to rush explaining things or answering questions, and definitely gives me a voice in my care. 11/10 would recommend. I'd also commend the rest of the office. Nurse was so polite getting vitals and going through my chart. Check in and check out were both smooth, and I never have an extended delays getting back for my appointments. Keep up the great work.
Dr B . Was very good with going thru medical records and explaining what was going on with me and the medications I was taking .
Also explained to me [...] the reasons for cutting me back off the amount of steroids that I was taking and what the risks were of taking to much of this medicine for a long period of time .
This was my first time seeing Dr. Looney and I was a little nervous because he wasn't my regular doctor. However, he and his nurse were pleasant to be with. He answered my questions and made sure I understood the new treatment plan. He was also a good listener. If I had to see him again, I would feel right at home.
Dr. Beeravolu is an insightful and experienced clinician. I waited 6 months to get an appointment with her and so glad I did that. I couldn’t be happier with her care.
Making eye contact with the patient will help tremendously. I understand that they need to look at the computer screen but when they are not they should make eye contact.
Susan Griffin has helped me tremendously and I've only seen her twice. She goes over everything and explains exactly what to do and writes it all down for me. I feel like I've made excellent progress in controlling my diabetes thanks to Susan. I appreciate her so much
She doesn’t seem like she really cares and doesn’t seem engaged. Literally feels like just a time slot on her calendar. I never gain anything. From my appointment with her.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
