Dr. Shealy is my favorite of a long list of Dr.’s I see for multiple problems I have. He’s always kind and courteous. He also does not keep me waiting for hours like some places do.
Both my doctor and his nurse listened very carefully to what I had to say about my illness and answered all my questions. Labs were then done and I received the results and an analysis On My Chart. Everything was handled to my satisfaction and I would certainly recommend this practice.

Kelley Womack has been wonderful. We have been fighting bronchitis for about 10 weeks. My last visit seems to be the one that is finally curing the problem. All the staff from check in to check out is very courteous.
Dr. West is outstanding. She is so professional, caring, Thoughtful in her questions and responses. She makes me feel comfortable in discussing my health and includes me in making plans for treatments that are right for me.

I was looking for a new care provider after mine retired. I chose this location because it is close to my home. I was lucky that Ms. Caughman had availability. Ms. Caughman was very attentive to my concerns and needs. She was professional, but not stiff. I would definitely recommend her.

I try to advocate for tests that I think are needed. Usually the doctor agrees with me. Occasionally, we disagree, but he’s good about explaining his view.

Dr. Coker is such a good provider that I’d pay cash to come see him & I’d follow him if he ever went into private practice. The world needs more physicians like him.
Dr. Coker was fantastic. He took the time to explain results to a test that I received and thoroughly answered my questions. He had a fantastic bedside manner and explained things to me as a regular person would. That is a lost art
Beth Bowers is without equal. Whatever you are paying her, isn't anywhere near enough. If I had a use for her skill set in my business, I would hire her away in a skinny minute. You're lucky, though.
Beth listened. She had looked over my file. My symptoms were obvious in retrospect, however, no medical professional over the past four months had taken time to look in my ears!! I am taking prescribed meds and feel much better.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
