Dr Willard had taken the time to familiarize himself with my medical history prior to my visit. He showed me an understanding and compassion for me. He was very good.
Dr. Hugar and that staff is great! Love that group they are so helpful and wonderful! You could ask to have a better team put together than that at Lexington urology
Excellent service. Pay attention to detail and my concern. One of the better experience of vision, a doctor office in a longtime. The staff was very caring. Thanks again.
Ive only met two specialists at lexington medical that give a crap and this doctor is one. He chats with me until my concerns and understanding are met. He explained to me in plain english. He showed his feelings and concerns unlike most specialist robots that don't even look at you, or worse the one?s that don't even touch the patient and tell you you're fine and send you on your way. This doctor is not in it for the money, he is in it because he cares. A real diamond in the rough. Lexington medical needs more doctors like this man.
Dr Westbrook has been a wonderful, caring, and informative provider. Was very impressed with the surgery in Oct and equally so with the recent follow up. I do, however, apologize for telling him I'd like to never see him again- but only because it would be a delight and relief if after 50+ stones they magically stopped appearing and I didn't have to be seen, treated, operated on, etc. So very, very appreciative for the entire urology team for being kind and supportive when that need arises. Thank you!
I went somewhere else before I saw Dr. Lamb. I was very unhappy with their services. I am so glad I decided to see Dr. Lamb. What a wonderful person. He explained everything he was going to do for me with the removal of my kidney stone. All the staff from the front reception to the back checkout were wonderful. My appointment was for 9:00 am and I was on my way home by 9:30. That is how it should be. The previous place I went to I waited for 3 hours and I was extremely disappointed and upset from start to finish.
P.A. Natalie Barton was genuinely concerned about my health and pleased with the progress. Her professional professionalism and knowledge made me feel really confident in her care for me.
Very knowledgeable. Took the times to ask the right questions to determine if the dosage of my medication was sufficient. His diligence and recommendation for change in treatment regimen improved my condition.
Dr. Hugar was very attentive, gave me an overview of my procedure and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs his specialized skills.
Ms. Barton is an excellent heath care provider . She listens to your concerns, explains her ideas for treatment & gives the patient time to share their concerns .
PA Barton was wonderful! She did not get in a hurry explaining things to me, and didn’t even mind when she had to re-explain. At my age you have a whole pile of health professionals- I wish all of them were like her.
I waited for almost 2 hours to meet the doctor for a consultation. When he came into the exam room, the appointment felt rushed and I felt he was somewhat dismissive.
He was very personable and easy to understand what he was explaining. He put us at ease and we felt confidence after hearing the reasons why this condition happened and how it is corrected.
My family doctor recommended Dr Willard!
He was extremely interested in my situation and was immediately proactive about my prostrate issues!!!!
I trust him and his team 1000%
Great communication! Explained results of x-rays. Very pleased with appointment including Dr. Yunker and his staff!! Dr. Yunker assured me that if I had any problems, I could contact him.
Dr. Willard took all my fears away. He made me feel confident that I will be alright. Dr. Willard is thr best at what they do. I Will forever be grateful to him!
Doctor Willard is an amazing human being and consonant Professional. So thankful to have him as career team during the last three years of my prostate cancer journey.
I love the staff at Lexington Urology. Everyone is always friendly, courteous and helpful from the front desk staff to the nurses, the techs, the doctor. Everybody. They make you feel at ease and trusting your care. My Doctoe is the best. He is very personable. He listens and discusses the care with you in terms that are easy to understand. It is a mutual conversation if respect and professionalism. He is the expert and he includes you in all decisions. He provides on point knowledge and expert care. I am totally satisfied with the entire staff. Keep up the great work team.
Dr Willard and his group helped me and my family tremendously. We were kept up on all he had to offer. He explained everything on my level. I "HIGHLY" recommend the whole staff.
Colton is a great doc. Listens is concerned with his patients. Sure he's quick. But he has to be. THIS level of care would encourage more people to see their doctors.
Dr. Yunker saved my life. I only have good things to say about him. Glad that he is still my physician. I won’t change Drs. unless he quits practicing medicine.
My physician talked about my condition very fast, some things I understood and some I didn’t. I caught the jist of most recommendations it wasn’t clear enough for me to confirm a plan for further treatment at this time. I will follow up with another visit as planned.
Excellent service from the instant I walked into the office. The care and concern I received has greatly improved my health.
I am patient that highly recommend Lexington Medical Center.
I didn't have to wait long at all before being seen by the doctor. That was a blessing. My doctor explained everything that was happening to me very good.
My first visit to LMC for establishing care after [...]. Staff was friendly and prompt for my appointment time. Kristen Hartman NP was pleasant and listened to my concerns and addressing some problems. We discussed a care plan and I look forward to future contact.
