  NP Porcher, is excellent when it's comes to my care, explaining my medical plan. All the techs, check-out, sign-in staff are always professional, kind and knowledgeable. I love the northeast staff.

  I have never had a bad experience!!! I was super happy when you moved to the Urgent Care offices. You were needed on this side of town. ?My? PA, Cecilia Porcher has been a positive influence on me and my personal care of myself, in addition to helping me with my cardio issues. Ya?all have a gem in her. Dr. Ruth is cool too LOL but Cecilia ! No complaints nothing but praise for the practice as a whole.

  My provider was more than excellent. My husband and I were together, and she made sure we understood everything . Her smile was like sunshine. If she left your hospital, we would follow her.

  The provider was nice and personable. She told me results from the tests I had were fine but did not give any detail. When I read the echo report I had questions but since no detail was given me during my visit I didn’t realize I had a question.
